My Gist: Just this morning I took my son to his new school. He is 2 and starting KG 1. You can imagine my shock at the school gate when the welcoming teacher told me his lunch box was not in the car. I thought of how I would need to drive home, get it, drive back to the school again, before heading into the rush hour traffic to work. But I had no choice. I drove home, couldn’t find the lunch bag, nonetheless I packed another one (maybe wify forgot to pack it before rushing off to work) and headed back to the school.
You can image my shock when I got there and the teacher said, ‘Oh! I forgot to call you. Another teacher grabbed the lunch box from the car. I thought you didn’t come with it.’
